The Children’s Collective, Inc.’s Black Infant Health Program (BIH) is designed to reduce the high infant mortality rate among African American babies, as well as reduce the high death rate from pregnancy complications among African American women.

FamilySource Center
The FamilySource Center addresses two key issues that keep families in poverty – low adult income and low student achievement. Its first goal aims to increase adult income in order to help families attain financial self-sufficiency and stability. The program’s second goal improves student achievement in order to provide youth with better opportunities for education and employment.

CalFresh Healthy
Living
The CalFresh Healthy Living (CFHL) program provides various nutrition and physical activity resources for TCCI’s preschool sites. The program provides fresh produce distributions to enrolled families each month. CFHL also helps our sites use Smarter Mealtimes strategies to encourage kids to eat and try more fruits and vegetables.
