Mrs. Charyce Kingsberry is a native of California and has over 20 years of experience in the Food Service Industry. She earned her Culinary Arts Degree from Los Angeles Trade Technical College. When Charyce is not working, she loves spending time with family, listening to music, and volunteering at her church.

Erynn Laurent

Child Development Program Manager

Erynn has been at TCCI since 2019. She earned her Master’s of Education from Arizona State University. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her son and family.

Fernando Reyes

Community Programs Manager

Fernando has accumulated more than two decades of experience in the social services field, with over ten years in leadership and management roles. His degree in Organizational Leadership from Azusa Pacific University has assisted him in implementing and managing diverse social services programs that address social and economic stressors, as well as health inequities in his native South Los Angeles When he’s not spending quality time with his family, you can usually find him cheering on the Boys in Blue at Dodger Stadium.

Helen Shaw

Executive Assistant

Mrs. Shaw is a native of California and has been with TCCI since 2021. She was raised in the city of Inglewood and currently lives there raising her two children. She is presently pursuing an education in counseling, which has been her passion since she was a teenager. When not helping others, she enjoys the innovative world of fashion and decor.

Sharon Smith

Controller

Sharon Ann Smith has served as Controller at TCCI since 2016. She has been in the non-profit financial arena for over 20 years. She holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, going to concerts and spending time with family and friends.

Yolanda Walters

Human Resources Manager

Yolanda has been working in Human Resources at TCCI for over 13 years. She has a BA in Business Administration and a MA in Human Resources Management. Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her church.
